We will require a credit card number to hold your reservation at time of booking. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below.
PREPARING FOR YOUR RESERVATION
Please come prepared with a mask. We have disposable masks available for a $5 fee.
Dress accordingly, especially if receiving color.
Plan to arrive alone — no additional visitors, children or pets.
We suggest you bring your personal book, iPad, phone, etc. We are unable to have magazines available.
If you are receiving a haircut only and do not want to have your hair shampooed or blow dried, please arrive with clean, dry hair. We are happy to do a beautiful dry cut!
For your health & safety we are not servicing guests who appear to be ill or have cold- like symptoms.
All of our team members are required to wear a face mask, and will receive temperature checks at the start of shifts. Any of our team that isn’t feeling well is not permitted to work until all symptoms have cleared.
Arrive 10 minutes early and call the salon before entering the building. We will let you know when you can come in once your stylist is ready for you. This is temporary & due to the 50% capacity restrictions. We know this takes extra time but we are doing our best to be able to better serve you.
Upon entering the salon please make sure you are wearing your face mask that is secured behind the ears, we recommend a disposable one especially for color clients to avoid color stains. We cannot be responsible for staining your favorite mask.
Apply hand sanitizer provided at entry. You may also wash your hands as well if you feel the need.
We have hand sanitizer throughout our salon and at every station.
We installed distance barriers in-between our shampoo bowls for an extra layer of protection.
Hospital grade cleaner will be used on all areas of our salon including stations and tools before and after each guest.
Our salon has been and will continue to be super sanitized. All high traffic areas will be constantly cleaned -retail, desk, bathrooms, doors, handles, light switches, countertops, sinks, chairs, pens, etc will be disinfected after each use.
Cosmetologists are licensed professionals highly trained in sanitation & disinfection procedures. All of our team members are Barbicide certified in cleanliness and salon safety protocol.
Every service provider has extended reservation times to sanitize and sterilize their stations and tools in between every guest reservation.
Towels, robes, and capes will be super clean as always.
Our drinks, snacks, treats, magazines and waiting area will be on pause for now. Don’t make that sad face this is only temporary 🙂
CHECK OUT PROCESS
We are accepting Credit Cards and cash but will not have extra change for tips, please come pepared.
All retail products will be handled by our team. Please let us know what you need and we will happily get it to you. We suggest mentioning your favorite products to our Front Desk Coordinator and she can have it ready for you upon your arrival for an easier checkout.
Pre-booking is recommended when you check out. We want to make sure you do not have to wait extensively in between reservations!
No hugs or kisses for now but please know that we are overwhelmed with excitement to see all of our beautiful guests!!
CANCELLATION POLICY
**Keratins & Hair Extensions,: Any rescheduling must be done 4 business days prior to your service appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
