Our team at Pageboy Hair Society goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible! We value you and your time.  Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one. LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for any appointment that requires your hair to be shampooed. Out of respect for all of our guests, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your appointment and you will be asked to reschedule.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
Dear Valued Guest,
Your time is precious, so is ours, so let’s help each other make the most of it by following our RESCHEDULE POLICY. In the event that you need to reschedule your reservation, Pageboy Hair Society requires 48 hrs notice. If 48 hrs is not given for a reschedule/cancellation, You will need to call the salon directly to reschedule your reservation. A credit card will be needed to hold that reservation and in the event you cancel outside of the 48-hour window or no-show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). In the event that you habitually cancel/reschedule outside of the 48-hour policy, you will be charged the total amount of your services scheduled. This policy includes moving your appointment around for the same day.

NO-SHOW, NO-CALL POLICY
Any appointment that is cancelled/rescheduled without the requested 48-hour notice may also be considered under this policy. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may prohibit you from doing so, and as such this policy does not apply until a client has failed to give notice for 2 appointments. Following the second missed appointment the client will respectfully be asked to use a credit card in order to reserve any future appointments.

SPECIALTY SERVICES POLICY
The team at Pageboy Hair Society is honored to offer a number of specialty services such as the renowned Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapies, Brazilian Blowout Treatments, Cezanne Smoothing System and Extension Services. These services often require a great deal of time compared to other services offered in the salon. Therefore, any service that requires more than 2 hours or is valued at over $200.00 will require a deposit of 50% of the service total before the service may be scheduled. The remaining 50% will be charged when you arrive for your appointment. We will always inform a guest before charging any amount to his or her card.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

CHILDREN POLICY
As a courtesy to other salon guests, for insurance purposes, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that it is your responsibility to watch your children at ALL times. Children cannot be left unattended to have hair services performed.

RETURN POLICY
We know you will love our luxury hair care products! If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased , it is our pleasure to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a product of equal value provided the product is very gently used.
